This old iron drain pipe shows years of accumulated deposits.

Iron water pipes will accumulate iron and mineral deposits that will adversely affect your water quality.

Demolition and framing repair has been completed. New wiring and plumbing have been installed.

Kitchen almost completed - new appliances, range hood, custom cabinets, countertops and windows.

Wood sash windows with leaded glass have deteriorated due to weathering.

Non-conforming repairs have previously been done to the windows.

The new custom-made windows fit perfectly.

The upstairs bathroom was also remodeled, with new plumbing, shower pan and tile.
